Dusker is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create marketing images using artificial intelligence. The Service includes style extraction, image generation, and campaign management features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system
• Credits are non-refundable once used for generation
• Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Top-up credits do not expire
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit adult content or violence
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Attempts to deceive or defraud others
• Violates the privacy of others

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you generate using the Service. However, you grant Dusker a license to use anonymized data to improve our AI models. The Dusker platform, including all software, design, and branding, remains the property of Dusker.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dusker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
